Here are the shipping details for your Black African Organics order, in plain language. We deliver across South Africa, and you can choose the delivery option that suits you best.

Shipping details at a glance

We offer two door-to-door delivery options:

  • Standard delivery: R115, within 3 to 7 working days.
  • VIP delivery: R195, within 2 to 4 working days.
  • Free delivery: on orders over R600.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

When does my order ship?

We aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. However, we process orders received on a Saturday or Sunday on Monday. The shipping period starts once your payment has been authorised.

In addition, how quickly we receive payment depends on how you pay:

  • Credit cards: we dispatch the order once the bank provides an authorisation code.
  • Cash deposits and internet transfers: we dispatch the order once the funds reflect in our bank account.
  • eWallet deposits: we dispatch the order once the funds have cleared.

Tracking your parcel

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with all the tracking details. Please note that we cannot send deliveries to postal addresses or via the post office, so always use a physical address.

Also, check your address carefully before you pay, because a change in delivery address is not possible once the order has left us. You will need to sign for the delivery. If you cannot sign personally, then add a note with the name of the person who will sign when you place your order.
