Use lukewarm water; allow it to run for 5 to 10 minutes to soften your skin.
Pause running water and apply the Coffee Scrub in circular motions, starting at your feet and moving upwards towards your heart to enhance circulation.
About 2 to 5 minutes for the whole-body scrub application, depending on how fast you scrub. Do not scrub for more than 10 minutes.
Maintain gentle pressure. Do not scrub too hard.
Rinse thoroughly.
Start exfoliating once a week for 2 weeks then gradually 2 times a week.
Avoid contact with the eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. In the unlikely event of skin irritation, please discontinue use
